Tuesday, November 22, 2016 - Very nice bottle, medium/dark red. About 30 minutes of open time and found earth, the red dark berry spectrum, integrated tannins. It continued to bloom with time. Paired with a 2000 Pierre Usseglio Cuvée de mon Aïeul for a short rib dinner main course. The Clos des Papes had a slight advantage in the voting.
