Wednesday, November 30, 2016 - Wow. This had no business being this good. Firehouse red, bricking orange. Intense and lifted bouquet. Cherries, singed earth, and a beautiful medicinal note. Very aromatic. The palate is imbued with tremendous poise and vitality, copious amounts of cherry fruit, outstanding length, and a towering presence of Umami. Savory, fruity, and badass.
