Thursday, December 8, 2016 - Might be in a bit of a closed off cycle. Delicious, but muted compared to some of the LS Pedestals I've had. True "cab drinkers" style Merlot. But as I said, not quite as "over the top" as I was expecting. Still great fruit (red, blue) and cocoa, and later with more baking spices. This oughta hold into the next decade (is it really almost 2020???). Keep it safe for now, maybe try it again in a year.
