Wednesday, December 7, 2016 - Popped and poured. Surprisingly this showed amazingly well, with generous, rich and concentrated fruit and an open-knit texture on the palate. Nose is full with lots of concentrated and red and black fruits with some non-delineated earth and barrel tones. Palate had a similar taste profile. I suppose this will shut down at some point in time, but this particular bottle was open-for-business and fun to drink, though certainly primary.
