Sunday, December 18, 2016 - East Bay Burgundy Club Year End Blowout (Casa Gary & Ross): Well utterly delicious. Served with the cheese at the end of the meal and no worse for it. Started off a little reductive / synthetic camembert smell but that quickly blew off - lovely yeasty almost briochy but not in a sickly way...
