Friday, June 14, 2002 - Bright disc with deep (nearly opaque) ruby robe and red rim. Clean nose showing exotic spices, blackberries, mint, cedar and weedy ("brambly") overtone. Full-bodied, with ample but well-integrated tannins. Similar flavors as nose. Good acidity. Long, slightly tannic finish.
