Sunday, January 1, 2017 - Rich black fruit with a lot of blackberry. Game meats, a light sweet smokiness underneath. Good umami tang on the palate and a fine acid spine. Still not at peak. Seems to be outperforming the '91 on the margin in recent experience, while the Mouline goes the other way.
