Monday, January 9, 2017 - Drank over two days. Seems shut down on day one and initially on day two (a mostly full bottle having been stored in the fridge), consistent with Keith Levenberg's note from March 2015; pleasant but simple appley/peachy fruit and light petrol. But left open at room temperature for three hours on day two, it finally becomes more expressive, with lovely lime, flowers, and minty herbs developing. Still, quite soft and demure compared to the 2014 right now.
