Friday, January 13, 2017 - Tannins have resolved. Smooth and velvety texture. Aromas & flavours - all raspberry ganache (one-dimensional) with a bit of garrigue. Not very complex or gamey - and I'm not convinced the fruit will hold up when the secondaries really emerge. Paid $35 CAD and it's not worth a penny more. Much more complexity with other producers, like Grand Veneur, for $10 more a bottle. I stopped buying Les Sinards in 2006 and don't regret that decision one bit.
