Saturday, January 21, 2017 - Squid ink color, almost like dark granite. Highly acidic scent dominates with over ripe plum flavours. Oaky, Barny flavour, leather hide and tobacco yet still sweet with flavours reminiscent of Madeira. Somewhat young and out of balance, would be better in 5+ years.
