Sunday, January 22, 2017 - Dark red and viscous. An incredibly intense nose, mostly because of the high alcohol. Coffee, herb, pepper, meat and broth. Delicious cassis , coffee and broth flavours and a spirity tannic finish.
Way too much of everything, a bit tiring but very interesting.
