Saturday, February 4, 2017 - Sweet black fruit, scorched earth, and a tinge of minerals on the bouquet. Medium-body on the palate with bittersweet black fruit with soft tannins. Showing some acidity on the finish, which is long and dominated by sweet mint. This wine has the stuff to age another 5-10 years, if you can wait that long.
