Monday, February 13, 2017 - Drank this at Chef Chan's Restaurant tonight with some wine mates. Theme of the night: Wines from the Year of the Rooster.
Very characteristic of a Napa Cab: dark crimson with a nose full of blackberries and dark fruits, coupled with cigar, dark chocolate, and nuts.
On the palate is rounded and well structured with red fruits and cheddar.
