Friday, February 17, 2017 - Intensely drinkable and filled with cool tropical fruit, fresh mint, clove, and saline minerals. Excellent undercurrent of lime citrus acidity. Quite sweet initially, but certainly balanced and electric from the mid palate through the finish. Drink or hold.
