Sunday, February 26, 2017 - Opened and decanted 3 hours before serving. Very aromatic right from the start. Dark cherry and currant with lovely cedar notes and lead pencil as well. Classic Pauillac. Fruit forward on the palate with good density. A very long, almost seamless finish. In a lovely spot now (at least with the decant), but no rush. Plenty of life left ahead of it.
