Aromas of vanilla soaked blueberries and huckleberry with notes of cream soda, sarsaparilla, toasted fennel seed, star anise and baking spices with hints of toast, black olive, violets and sage.
Creamy and rounded on the palate showing soft polished tannins, moderate acidity and density. Flavors show ripe blueberry, huckleberry and blackberry with vanilla Chantilly cream, black licorice, baking spice and toasty oak with faint notes of olive, violets, graphite and sarsaparilla. Finishes easily, effortlessly and pleasantly.
