Saturday, March 4, 2017 - Opened in on a special occasion. Brought it to a local steakhouse and had them open it early. Paired perfectly with medium rare filet. Dark fruit and smooth, consistent feel and flavor. Aromatic. Full-bodied and stood up well to the steak.
