Monday, February 18, 2008 - Decanted about 3 hrs. Core of dark refruits, with an interesting note of tree bark. Rich, lush and buttressed with adequate acidity. Showing very nicely with the decant (a taste before decant, showed a tight wine). This wine also displays a nice pepper note, along with its full bodied texture.
