Wednesday, March 8, 2017 - PnP. Moderately aromatic on the nose. On the palate - meaty, gamey, but not overly heavy. Lacks a bit of spark / lift. Agree that perhaps this one has seen its better days. Nevertheless, very pleasant, but it teases at what it could be, or might have been.
