Friday, March 17, 2017 - Just absolutely lovely. Nose of spice and leather, it conjures up a fall day.
Deep black fruit followed by spices, leather, tabacco, with just a hint of eucalyptus on the finish. The finish is long. The texture is silky and lush.
Everything you want from a mature Bordeaux. This wine is the reason you have patience and cellar a wine for 20 years.
