Saturday, March 18, 2017 - +2 Zinfandel: lucent ruby with a medium vague rim and a purple tint. meaty, sour cherry and bitter chocolate, very hot alcohol and sawdust and vanilla( light toasted): beautiful plum and pure dark tea and vanilla. Boxwood in the finish with vanilla sweetness and bayleaves. Medium acidity, high alcohol, medium body, medium- ripe tannin. Dry. Good balance, good length, good intensity, very good transiting complexity. With a saltiness in the finish showing the origin.
