Sunday, March 26, 2017 - Don't give up on this wine. When I purchased it in
A personal Tasting of Malbecs.. it was over two days. The bottle I opened seemed off, too/ volatile acidity... but decanting and aeriation after two hours ... the fruit began to return as in my tastings. Flavors of Cherry, raspberry, leather, persimun & French herbs. I would not touch this for 12 months min... can go 10+ for the eventual richness and acidity... when the fruit comes back.. the wine is amazing.
