Thursday, March 30, 2017 - Rousseau 2007 Dinner (RPM Steak - Chicago IL): Rich and forward with plenty of mature orchard fruit and toasted rye bread. Big and forward to start, but even better after open an hour+. I recall enjoying this more when younger, but the power and density tonight is noteworthy. Note, I bought these bottles shortly after release.
