Friday, February 22, 2008 - Straw yellow in color. Fine mousse with vigerous bubbles. Lemon zest and mineral on the nose.
Palate is initally green apple with nice acidity. About 45 minutes later, mild bready notes emerged.
The finish has orange peel and grapefruit. QPR for sure!
