Friday, April 7, 2017 - Dark straw color in glass. Nose recalls fino sherry, nutty, saline. Very unusual wine, saline and savory, oxidized, at first fresh fino sherry almonds, sea air, then darker earthier mineral notes take over, making this quite unlike any sherry I have had. Quite good with a roasted cauliflower walnut salad.
