Sunday, April 9, 2017 - My second bottle in a few months. Rich and structured nose, showing coco nib, hard red berry, black berry, brush and leather. Initial palate of Coco nib, sweet raspberries, dusty leather. Nice structure with medium acid. Back palate of coco, smoke, smoked meat, rust and pencil shavings. Letter than my first bottle and quite well made.
