Saturday, April 22, 2017 - First of all, I am impressed by the resealable champagne top. Never seen that before. Thumbs up to Aussie technology. As for the wine, it's a very unique sparking wine made from Shiraz. Tastes a lot like the molly Dooker "boxer" with carbonation. Nose and taste of dark berries with tart cherry and strawberry. Little to no sweetness. Good for brunch, otherwise I'd pass.
