It was smooth, easy drinking.....but something was off with the flavor profile that my wife and I couldn't put our hands on - maybe too minerally....aroma was nice....but it just seemed off. (Didn't have with any food though). I have 3 more so we'll see how this one evolves.....but a little disappointed.
