Tuesday, April 25, 2017 - Drank with a couple of Jersey Mikes at Wayne Steakhouse. Pop and poured. A lot of barnyard that eventually blew off to reveal a lovely claret with cedar, tobacco, cherry and plum notes. Good acidity remaining to keep the wine fresh and balance out the delicious 3-person porterhouse prime. A very solid wine.
