Saturday, May 6, 2017 - Littorai Release Party (Littorai, Sonoma): Leaner, reductive style of New World Chardonnay. Slight struck match and flint (noble reduction), slight impression of spice from oak (~20% new or less), and strong med+ acid. The fruit is a bit reticent. Alcohol is very modest (I believe around 13.5%). The midpalate seems a bit riper and lower in acid than the Heintz.
