Friday, May 12, 2017 - OK, it poured brick red rather than bright red and yes the fruit was a little muted, but overall, for a merlot that's 11 years old, this was tasting very good. Dark red/blue plums on the nose and palate with soft tannins and acidity. Very enjoyable.
