Sunday, May 28, 2017 - {screwcap, 11%} Pale, almost colourless. Restrained nose of a little apple and lime, along with a schisty mineral character. It's light-bodied, but seems tightly-would somehow, with medium acidity, and crunchy fresh finish, and for all the cool, light flavours, they gently linger for some time. Pleasant now, if not immediately impressive; seems like a wine built for the longer haul, and with a nod at Rheingau; same dry style, same crunchy texture. Give it a decade I reckon.
