Tuesday, May 30, 2017 - Wow. Complete, mature wine full of earth, barnyard, a slight hint of dark fruits. Full and retained a freshness with a well-balanced palate throughout and a long, integrated finish. Paired very well with 30-day dry aged Flannery NY Strips.
