Saturday, June 10, 2017 - A very light translucent ruby in the glass - this would be lightly-colored for an Etna Rosso. Red fruits (cranberry?) with a citrus accent on the reticent nose of this popped & poured wine.
Tight and light-bodied on the palate, with good supporting acidity and decent persistence. Pretty likable for such a young wine. Nice "spice" accent here as well. A wine that will clearly be better with time, but as crazy as this may sound, not bad now (this is not really shut down). That said, if you only have a couple, wait.
