Sunday, July 9, 2017 - This wine is a bit light on the scale of Inglenook Cabs. It still has a decent tannic structure that has smoothed out nicely and has left it with a silky texture. Aromas of cassis, tobacco, spice, and oak greet you on the nose. Followed by flavors of ripe red cherries, currant, and white pepper. It still has a decent finish, but short for a Cab. I have one bottle left in my cellar, and I'll be drinking it soon.
