Saturday, July 29, 2017 - Excellent, full-flavored, balanced and structured Barbera. Deep and broad, traditional flavors and aromas with core of fruit that appears sappy, even if the wine is dry, and correct. A lot going on here, this is understated, explosive at times and fully delicious. Really well-grown (organic) Barbera, now or in the next 6-7 years. recommended+

Served non-blind, with 45 minutes of air in decanter; excellent food wine.
