Monday, August 7, 2017 - Tasted blind. Dark garnet color turning orange rust at the rim with a transparent edge. The nose gives off mild aromas of rose petals, oak and vanilla on dark fruits. The palate displays a full body with a smooth texture. Flavors of blackberry, olives, espresso, roasted pine nuts form the core. Medium finish. Drink now until 2021.
