Friday, August 11, 2017 - Phenomenal nose. The balance between the fruit and the developed notes is really special. Honeyed nose - kinda botrysis expression - resonating in the red and yellow apples. There is yeast and nuts on the front of the nose, white flowers and ripe lemons deeper in. The palate is not that flashy and impressive but really fine as well. Definitely at its best pnp straight from the cellar. Almost still wine in the glass 10 mins after pouring. Acidity is quite fresh however. Wish I knew where this is going. I have 4 bottles left so guess I have the means to find out. Great experience. 93-94p. Added: left 1/5 of bottle over night. Still good on day 2 but definitely better on first night.
