8/21/2017 10:24:00 PM - thanks for your note...just a quick clarification...How did you serve the wine? pop n pour or decant and, if the latter, for how long? cheers chatters
8/22/2017 10:19:00 PM - crikey! that is disappointing!! I'd have expected to shine with that amount of decanting...I see that your in the US -do they sell it under screwcap or cork over there? cheers
8/24/2017 8:06:00 PM - Interesting. I was planning on keeping mine for another 10 years before opening & after reading your notes on it i think i will.

8/24/2017 8:22:00 PM - Each to there own batcave, I actually quite liked the last 12 I had. I read in a article by Sue Hodder (winemaker at Wynns) She believes the black cab drinks best around the 8 year mark for her, hence I'll be cracking my next one in 2 to 3 years..
8/25/2017 9:52:00 AM - My only concern on this wine is the lack of fruit and not very strong tannins to hold it for 10 years. Also, don't be afraid of screw caps...they work nice.
8/25/2017 2:40:00 PM - Thanks. Interesting. I'm big on tannins. To be that's very important. I might see if i can get my hands on some more 2012's to try in a few years.
