Wednesday, August 30, 2017 - Flying l'Yonne; 8/29/2017-9/1/2017 (Irancy - France): From his personal cave. Only one barrel that year.
Very soft but with personality and finesse.
Good sense of depth and at the same time complex with that mixture between ripe fruit and limestone.
It has a pale colour that captivates. 2004 still my best.

De su bodega personal. Sólo un barril ese año.
Muy suave pero con personalidad y finura.
Tiene sentido de la profundidad y a la vez es complejo con esa mezcla entre fruta madura y mineral de caliza
Tiene un color pálido que cautiva. Me sigo quedando con el 2004.
