Tuesday, August 29, 2017 - Rich black fruits (blackberry and plum); full bodied oak and fruit predominant but not jammy. Layered and quite good; more full bodied, more dark versus fed fruits but less elegant than other Eloge vintages. Pop and pour, but would have benefited from 1-3 hour decant. 14.8% abv.
