Wednesday, August 23, 2017 - A week in Napa for the Napa Valley Grape Growers Harvest STOMP party; 8/22/2017-8/27/2017 (Napa, CA): The last of the champagnes tasting for the caviar pairing and my WOTN - this was just delicious. Gorgeous rosy pink color in the glass. On the palate nice fine bubbles, wild strawberries, lemongrass, acidity and a nice mouthfeel. Overall favorite of the group this night.
