Tuesday, October 11, 2005 - Dinner at home. Gorgeous wine. Took about 90 minutes to open up but once it did, it did so with honey smoked almond aromas, a little butterscotch and some asian pear influences. Lovely in the mouth with a nice long finish. Still had life to it.
