Pale, juicy red. A tiny bit cloudy.

Nose a little funky. Lots of alcohol. Earthy. Complex. Basque cider.

Palate: Surprisingly mild. A bid dry, maybe let it sit for a while. A little fruit, a little spice. You really have to dig into it and concentrate.
