Saturday, September 30, 2017 - Star bright, light straw color, brilliant clarity. Powerful aromatics, notes of green olive, dill, salinity, and citrus zest. Tastes are pineapple, citrus, floral notes and sweet Asian spices. The acidity is good, and this finish is lengthy.
