Sunday, October 8, 2017 - What a treat. Classic vintage Bordeaux. Medium ruby/garnet color. Major rim variation. Very earthy and old world nose. Faint to mild nose of dark fruits and flowers. Low tannin/acid. Low to medium alcohol. Long finish. Paired perfectly with filet mignon. Beyond peak. Ready to drink. Agree with the CT window for drinking. Probably not more than 2-3 years in bottle left. Wonderful experience.
