Saturday, October 14, 2017 - Drank from a Mag, took it to Farington House , PNP but drank over 3 hours. Lovely nose, this was full throttle dark fruit, balanced acid, and smooth as silk. Drinking well now, not old but not needing any additional time to be well integrated. Excellent! Great with the sweetbreads and other rich savory courses.
