Saturday, October 28, 2017 - PnP. Aromatic on the nose, with a noticeable element of freshness. Makes me feel like I'm walking through the vineyard on a fine Fall day (as opposed to watching the snow fall her before the end of October). On the palate, a bit tightly wound / closed. Good raw elements, but they're in hiding. For near-term consumption, decant 1-2 hours.
