Tuesday, November 7, 2017 - really quite amazing. Every time I return to Huet I'm blown away again. Tart, delicious, with poise and structure to handle green beans, mashed potatoes, roasted chicken...everything at the table. Also perfect for dessert. It's like one-stop shopping, but the sweetness is not for everyone. Just me, I guess.
