Thursday, November 9, 2017 - Popped and poured. Medium to dark crimson color. Nose of black plum and black currant, cedar, a bit of earthy/soil and touches of pyrazine. Very nice. Still very fruit driven on the palate but mature fruit. Medium acid and tannin. Seamless on the palate with a long finish. Really lovely wine. Will hold remaining bottle for another 5 years.
